Start a conversation03 | Fundamental Academy
Fundamental Academy gives leaders the time, tools and working environment to examine the enterprise together, apply practical methods to real questions and construct a useful way forward.
Participants do not simply learn about the methods. They use them—developing shared language, visible working practices and capability that can continue after the seminar.

The Academy experience
Academy is practical application. Participants work on real enterprise questions, compare perspectives, make thinking visible and learn methods and language they can reuse in leadership conversations, planning, decisions and follow-through.
The seminar creates value in the room and capability that remains after people leave it.
The central experience
The Pyramid brings three dimensions and 17 elements into one visible enterprise view. Participants notice strengths, gaps, tensions and differences, connect issues, establish attention and construct priorities and Actions That Matter.
The result is a practical view of the enterprise and the decisions that deserve attention.

A practical sequence

Who it is for
Each profile reflects a distinct leadership context, enterprise need, practical application and useful outcome—allowing Fundamental Academy to be shaped around the people and priorities in the room.
Which of these profiles best reflects your organisation’s situation?
For organisations intent on leading their market.
For leadership teams seeking clarity, confidence and sharp alignment from the top—and a premium experience that strengthens leadership rhythm and accelerates execution.
For founder-led teams doing a lot with a little.
Structure without corporate weight: a practical way to work on the business, simplify growth, build rhythm and create more space to lead.
For family enterprises preparing the next generation of leadership.
Clarify roles, expectations and handover while protecting continuity and helping both the family and the business thrive across generations.
For purpose-driven teams balancing mission with day-to-day operational demands.
Reduce friction, lift confidence and protect the purpose at the centre of the work while growing real impact—not activity, noise or distraction.
For organisations developing their next executive bench through a duo or trio of high-potential senior leaders.
Help capable operational leaders develop enterprise-level thinking, stronger systems, sharper alignment and the confidence to contribute at the top table.
For new ventures, emerging products and internal innovations.
Build clarity quickly when time, attention and room for error are limited. Validate assumptions, strengthen fundamentals and make better choices before scaling.
For organisations preparing to raise capital, attract strategic partners or secure serious in-kind support.
Build the clarity, alignment and disciplined execution that investors, boards, banks and capability partners recognise as evidence of maturity.
Formats
A deeper one- or two-day experience using the full or selected 17-element Pyramid with workbook and wall or table surfaces.
A focused experience: a full day across all 17 elements, or a half-day Applied edition bounded around a clear outcome—not a compressed full day.
A private one-day experience that moves curiosity towards visible applications, building an AI application atlas and, where useful, a practical 90-day direction map.
A useful beginning
A 90-minute introduction is a useful encounter for leaders who want to assess the value of the Academy. It is not a substitute for the full seminar.
Participation
For one organisation, shaped around its enterprise questions, participants and desired outcomes.
For several organisations working in the same room. The anticipated design is six organisations, with up to three participants from each organisation.
The format can scale from approximately three organisations to 12, depending on the seminar duration, participation intensity and room design.
Working surfaces
A0 Pyramid wall poster, A1 table poster, workbooks and Essentials booklets, question cards, canvases, markers, notes, table materials, digital QR resources, the Pyramid Dictionary and supporting tools are selected to help people work together.

Continue the work internally using the methods and artefacts.
Choose a 45-Day, 90-Day or 9-Month rhythm where continued application is useful.
Add selected support when it materially strengthens the agreed outcome.
