Introduced a three-horizon approach and the Fundamental Grid® to improve sequencing, interdependencies and board-level visibility. The period culminated in record profitability in FY25; this work is not presented as the sole cause.

Advised three Managing Directors and senior executives across Greater China, Australia and the wider APAC region on market priorities, positioning and executive messaging.

During this period, Greater China achieved revenue growth of more than 30% year on year while its regional market narrative and leadership alignment were strengthened. The work is not presented as the sole cause.
