Three decades of wide-ranging experience enables Leigh to accurately assess and resolve business situations - quickly identifying the key issues and driving their resolution. From a combination of his professional and practical experience, Leigh is able to help businesses set and review their strategy, establish a course of action, monitor financial performance, and manage business risk against established guidelines.
Audit trained, Leigh’s key expertise is an ability to identify the fundamental business drivers - those that impact the bottom line, irrespective of the size, complexity or industry segmentation. He is a clear thinking, pragmatic individual that motivates others to focus on immediate and future business outcomes.
Leigh established a foundation for his auditing and management consulting expertise with over 10 years with Deloitte both in Australia and England. During the varied and challenging projects Leigh has led and participated in, he has demonstrated principled leadership aligned with sound business ethics.

Graduating from the University of Tasmania, Leigh earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting. Leigh keeps his knowledge current through his membership and participation in five professional bodies:
